Textáfrica Compound
Soalpo (off EN6)

Workers compound of Textafrica factory which produces textiles. The old school building is still there and the remains of a small childrens zoo, which now has only a few ostriches left. It is a pleasant, safe spot for a stroll.

Cave paintings

4km outside Manica. Drive or walk 0.5km up dirt road and park. Nearby is a small community who farm the surrounding area and you should request permission from them before crossing their land. The Regulo (community leader) will escort you up the hill. Bring some small change with you as a gift!

Cabeça do Velho

5km approximately, north of the market A well-known landmark and popular picnic spot. Drive to base of rock, climb up and enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside.
